Universal Design in Healthcare

Overview
The goal of this project was to create a universally design healthcare reception space. We were assigned a department and its associated floor within the Ohio State Dublin Outpatient Center. I was assigned rheumatology.
Approach
The main focus of this design was to unify the experience between all users while providing a comfortable and functional reception environment, supportive of those with rheumatological conditions. This was done through a series of design considerations listed on the poster above.
