In order to practice elements of design research I worked together with Kaytlin Bullock, Dani Koehler, and Jake Morgan to analyze the Digital Unions on The Ohio State Universities campus. Digital Unions are social technological hubs, meant to provide access to tech and function as a 3rd space for students. Our analysis reviewed the current conditions of digital unions to assess if they were meeting these goals, and provided a number of potential fixes where we identified problems.
