Cockins Hall, constructed in 1930, is a building filled with classrooms but with no space dedicated to students. To amend this I worked with the building manager to develop plans for a student lounge near the entrance of the building. The lounge would need to function as a tutoring space as well as be available to students throughout the day. With a limited budget, I was asked to develop both high-cost and low-cost renovations to the space.
