Butter Goeller Design Atelier

2023

In collaboration with; Sam Gaerke, Sarah Kocher, Zoe Shay-Tannas, Madison Hildebrand, Christina Nguyen, Giulia Blake, Abby Giesecke, Elsa Mabey and Ellie Armstrong. As apart of the Butter Goeller Design Atelier we worked together over 8 hours to create a plan for German Village in Columbus Ohio that would make the neighborhood a happier and healthier place to live. The Event took place at 99p Labs and began at 9:00am with each team given a specific neighborhood in Columbus and asked to develop an improvement package by 5:00pm. We analyzed the pedestrian experience from multiple angles, Resident, Local, Commuter, and Tourist to find core problems with the urban space. After this analysis we developed a series of ideas with the core concept, pedestrian mobility without cars.
